This is a Hasbro Twister: Hub edition.  It was given put to promote Hasbro's new TV network called Hub. The slogan is Hub: the network with a twist. It is very difficult to find information on this edition as it is extremely rare. It was only opened to take pictures.  The difference between this and the regular Twister game is that the colored circles are actually hub symbols on the spinner and game mat.
