The AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D has the cores to game and stream at the same time. If you record with OBS, edit video, or run a lot alongside your game, it holds frame rates steady while it works in the background.

Is this the right machine for you?

The builds in this range are not interchangeable. This one is aimed squarely at 1440p.

• Buy this one if you play at 1440p and want ultra settings in current titles, or you are moving up from an older machine and want headroom for the next few years.
• Look at a smaller graphics card in this range if you play at a lower resolution, or mainly play competitive shooters where frame rate matters more than detail. You will not see the difference and you will keep the money.
• Look at a larger graphics card in this range if you play at 4K, use a high refresh ultrawide, or you stream while you play. Ask us through eBay messaging and we will tell you which one.
• This is not the machine if you need certified professional drivers for CAD or 3D work. Message us and we will point you at the right specification.

Choosing your options

The choices above change the price. Here is what each one actually buys you.

Memory: 32GB or 64GB DDR5

32GB runs every current game without complaint and is the right choice if the machine is for gaming. Take 64GB if you stream, edit video, or keep a browser full of tabs open behind the game. The board has 4 memory slots, and it takes up to 256 GB.

Storage: 1TB, 2TB or 4TB NVMe SSD

1TB holds Windows and roughly ten to fifteen modern games before you start uninstalling. 2TB is the size most people settle on. 4TB is for large libraries and video work. The board has 3 (1x PCIe 5.0 CPU, 1x PCIe 4.0 Chipset, 1x PCIe 4.0 Chipset) M.2 slots, so you can add a second NVMe drive later, along with 4 SATA ports.

Operating system

Home is the right choice for gaming and general use. Pro adds BitLocker drive encryption, Remote Desktop and domain join, which matter if the machine is for work. Choose No Operating System only if you already hold a licence or you intend to install Linux. The machine still ships built and stress tested, just without Windows.

Questions we get asked

Will it run the game I play?

At 1440p, almost certainly, and at high settings. If you have a specific title in mind, particularly a simulator or an older game with unusual requirements, message us through eBay and we will tell you honestly.

Can I upgrade it later?

Yes. The graphics card, storage and power supply are standard parts and can be changed. Nothing is proprietary and nothing is glued in.

Does it come with Windows activated?

Yes, if you select a Windows option above. It is installed, activated and updated before dispatch. If you choose No Operating System the machine is built and tested, then shipped without Windows.

How long before it ships?

We build and test to order, which normally takes 2 to 5 working days. After that, delivery is next working day to mainland UK addresses by APC Overnight, with a 2 hour window notified on the morning of delivery.

Is delivery really free?

Free to mainland UK addresses with no minimum order. Highlands and offshore islands carry a surcharge. Message us before you order and we will confirm it.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Contact us through eBay messaging and we will arrange everything from there. The warranty covers hardware faults. It does not cover operating systems, software, or damage caused by overclocking or modification.

Can I change the specification beyond the options listed?

Often, yes. The options above cover what we can build and price automatically. If you want something outside them, message us through eBay before you buy.
