Micro-Join Model HRA-10 force calibration gauge in original fitted wooden case. Micro-Join is now a Subsidiary of Palomar Technologies, it manufactured the HRA-10 for Hughes systems.

This instrument appears to be a specialized force-measurement or force-verification tool used with production equipment. Based on the Micro-Join, Palomar Products, and WD2594-1 markings, it may have been used in microjoining, resistance welding, bonding, or related manufacturing processes. I have not been able to verify the original application (yet).

The pointer returns smoothly to zero and responds normally when force is applied to the fixture. Calibration sticker dated 2012 is attached. I have not performed a certified calibration verification.
