brand new myheritage dna kit , box is unopened but no cellophane . please note it is your responsibily to follow the instructions properly. i had one of my kits deactivated because i did not follow the instructions to a t. it is not complicated at all. the kit has not been activated but i do have the number in case someone should activate it as say they didnt get a working kit ( it has happened before , not to me , someone else ). result times vary , and i am not responsible for any delay as this is due to the buyer now owning the kit , when they decide to do it and when they send it
