Antique 1922 Elgin 345 12s 17j Pocoet Watch Wadsworth 10k20yr Open Face Case

Very nice antique shape. Shows normal wear and age. Has some very minor scuffing and loss. Watch ran when I wound it. Has not been tested for accuracy. It may need adjustments. It is an old watch, and I don't know its history. It should be serviced before being run regularly. It displays very well. See pictures to make your own determination on physical condition.
