Important compatibility notice regarding HP or Similar printers

Please read carefully before purchasing.

Many newer HP or Similar printers, particularly “e” series models and printers enrolled in HP+ or Instant Ink, use HP Dynamic Security. These printers may automatically block or reject non OEM or compatible ink cartridges through firmware controls.

If your printer is an HP “e” series model or similar, enrolled in HP+ or Similar Instant Ink, or has automatic firmware updates enabled, compatible cartridges may not be recognised, even if they physically fit and are advertised as compatible.

This is a restriction imposed by the manufacturer and is outside the control of the seller and manufacturer.

By purchasing this item, you confirm that:

1. You have checked your exact printer model and its eligibility to use compatible cartridges.
2. Your printer is not restricted by HP+ / Instant Ink or Manufacturer Dynamic Security enforcement.
3. You understand that firmware updates can permanently block compatible cartridges.

Returns policy clarification

Returns will not be accepted where cartridges are rejected due to Manufacturer Dynamic Security, firmware updates, HP+ enrolment, or Instant Ink restrictions. This does not constitute a faulty product.

Items containing batteries or restricted components that are being sent outside Great Britain, including Northern Ireland, will not be dispatched using Royal Mail due to carrier restrictions.

These orders will instead be sent using Evri or another suitable courier service.
