19th Century Bisque Porcelain Figurine, Lady In Gown & Lamb, Gilt Details

There are some areas of damage: the flower in both hand and hair have a small bit missing. The hat has a crack in the rim and possibly a bit of a repair? And a small chip to underside base. Please see photos.
