Signature proof of delivery will be required for all items. For all items with the price over $400 the Restricted signature will be required.

Before the item will be shipped to a buyer, she(he) should contact us and confirm that:

* she(he) read our policy and agree with it;

* she(he)read the description of the item and  checked the measurements;

* ask for additional information about the item.

When a buyer will receive the item:

* Buyer should contact us during 24 hours after receiving the item and let us know how she(he) likes the purchase.

Returning items:

* Buyer must contact us during 24 hours after delivery and explain the reason for the return.

* Buyer will not open any return request(s) before she(he ) contacted us.

* The item must be shipped during 24 hours after we accept the return and provide the return instruction.

* The item must be returned in the original condition, with all labels (tags) attached and packed with care.
