I am selling off some of my stash of model airplane kits. Up for auction is Airfix #02019, which is their 1/72 scale Arado Ar-196A-3, from 1995. The kit comes with decals and instructions, in an open box. The box is in excellent condition, there is minimal shelf wear. The plastic is complete except for 1 part(missing 1 float rudder, see picture #9) and all but a couple of parts are still on the sprue. The instruction sheets are in excellent/like new condition. The decal sheet is old but it is in excellent condition, there are no signs of yellowing, drying, cracking or water damage. The decal sheet has markings for 2 Luftwaffe aircraft from WW II. First is an Ar196A-3 in dark and light green over light blue coded T3+HK from 2./Bordfl. Gr 196, Seeluftskreitkrafte(Naval Air Force), in the North Sea Area during 1940. Second is another Ar196A-3 in dark green over light blue coded 7R+BK from 2./SAGr. 125 German Air Force at Suda Bay, Crete during 1943. Refer to photos and feel free to ask any questions.
