This collectable is a vintage paperback edition of "Meet the Tiger", the first novel featuring Leslie Charteris's iconic character, Simon Templar, also known as "The Saint".
First published in 1928, this action-adventure story introduced Templar as a witty, resourceful anti-hero confronting smugglers in a remote English coastal village.
The plot establishes key elements of the series, including Templar's romance with recurring character Patricia Holm.
This editions was published in the early to mid 1950s Ward & Lock.
