NEW PRODUCTS

All new products sold by Freedom Fitness Equipment LLC ("Freedom Fitness") are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Freedom Fitness provides a supplemental 30-day warranty from the date of delivery covering major failures resulting from normal use.

This warranty includes software and hardware malfunctions, including error codes, console failures, and program issues, provided the equipment is stored in an enclosed, climate-controlled environment.

Damage caused by outdoor exposure, improper voltage, electrical surges, misuse, neglect, abuse, or damage sustained during transportation when the customer does not use Freedom Fitness's delivery service is not covered.

USED PRODUCTS

Freedom Fitness provides a 30-day warranty on all used products beginning on the date of delivery. Coverage includes failures resulting from normal use, including software and hardware issues such as error codes, console malfunctions, and program failures.

Equipment must be stored in an enclosed, climate-controlled environment. Damage caused by outdoor exposure, improper voltage, electrical surges, misuse, neglect, abuse, or damage incurred during transportation when the customer does not use Freedom Fitness's delivery service is excluded.

All warranty claims must be reported within the applicable warranty period. Warranty coverage includes labor for travel up to 30 miles from the original delivery location.

• We offer freight shipping to your location. Please message us through eBay with your ZIP code for a freight quote and let us know whether your delivery address is residential or commercial. If commercial, please specify whether a loading dock is available. Residential deliveries typically require lift gate service and may incur additional freight charges.
• We also offer local pickup as well as delivery and professional installation throughout many of our surrounding states.

We are happy to work with international buyers. We can arrange shipment anywhere within the continental United States to the freight forwarder or port of your choice. Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation from the U.S. port to their final destination.

We are also able to accommodate container shipments and coordinate directly with your freight carrier.
