*Chronically sick or users with a disabling condition qualify for 0% VAT. To purchase this product with VAT Exemption please select 'I qualify for VAT relief' in the drop down menu. Once we receive your order we will email you a VAT Exemption form for you to complete which we then keep on record.
You are able to make a purchase without VAT if you are purchasing on behalf of an individual who is chronically sick or disabled. If you do not suffer from any chronic illness or disability, and you are not buying on behalf of someone else then please purchase the item at the full price and we will dispatch the goods without the need for a self declaration. If you are a business or care home then you must pay the VAT included price.

Returns policy:
ENdynamics will accept returns in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging. ENdynamics charge £25.00 for return carrier collection, or the buyer can make own delivery arrangements. All returns are inspected before credit issued.
