G.A.R. Grand Army of the Republic Official Souvenir Badge
from the 37th National Encampment held in San Francisco, California in August 1903.
Available for sale is Souvenior Badge is contained in the original box, the pin-back medallion has the California Grizzly Bear over a suspended five-pointed star surrounded by an ornate banner reading:
“37 th NATIONAL ENCAMPMENT SAN FRANCISCO AUGUST 1903.”
The condition of the box is excellent with clear lettering. The condition of the
badge is solid and outstanding. It is indeed in “like new” condition.
This was part of a private collection.
