This is Faulty.
PowerColor Red Devil Radeon RX 6900 XT Graphic Card 16GB.
Card powers up boots but the card fails on loading AMD drivers resulting in black screen and reboot.
Strictly Spares / Repairs - No Returns or negative feedback.
Only buy if you are able to fix or use for spare parts.
