A vintage Zeiss Ikon Kinostar-S 50mm f/1.8 cinema projection lens
in excellent condition for its age.
Optics are in great shape, free of fungus, scratches, or separation, though there is some light internal haze.
Keep in mind this is a projection lens with a fixed f/1.8 aperture and no manual iris or shutter mechanism.
When adapted to modern digital cameras, it delivers a beautiful, dramatic swirly background bokeh.
Its image circle easily covers Micro Four Thirds (M4/3) and APS-C/Super35 sensors, and it can also be used on Full Frame for a unique vintage look with classic edge vignetting.

Height = 51.5 mm, rear barrel diameter = 42.5 mm.
