The unit is fully functional and the compact housing is in great shape.

Cosmetically, it's in excellent condition

The internal optics aren't crystal clear, there is a small spot and some minor internal dust inside the glass.
However, this doesn't affect framing or visibility at all,
and the bright-line grid is still completely usable.
