This is a sealed 6-pack of LC401XL compatible ink cartridges: 3 black, 1 cyan, 1 magenta, and 1 yellow. They're made to work with Brother inkjet printers that take the LC401 or LC401XL cartridge, including the MFC-J1010DW, MFC-J1012DW, MFC-J1170DW, MFC-J1800DW, DCP-J1050DW and DCP-J1140DW. Check your own printer's cartridge compatibility before buying.

These are compatible replacement cartridges, not genuine Brother-brand ink. The cartridges and outer box identify them as LC401XL-series cartridges packaged under the Logasmart name, each one sealed in its own individual static bag inside a plain white retail box.

I opened the outer box to check the contents against the label, and all six cartridges are still factory sealed in their original individual bags. None have been opened, installed, or used.

I don't own a printer that takes this cartridge, so I have not tested these in a machine and can't confirm print quality or that the chips will be read correctly right away. The packaging itself notes that if a cartridge isn't recognized, removing and reinstalling it resets the printer's reader — a routine step with compatible cartridges in general, not something I observed as a defect on this set.

If you have any issues, please contact me. If I have a mistake in the listing or item is defective, I will pay return shipping. Otherwise I will accept returns for any other reason if you pay return shipping.
