True early 1990s 'Petite Note Paris' super cute short length a-line short-sleeve dress, in a stretchy knit, in subtle black & white pinstripes with 'retro' style floral pattern on the hemline and ends of the sleeves. Small to medium size, as has much stretch.

Approx measurements (laid flat unstretched): Shoulders 30" x Underarm to underarm 34" x Waist 31" x Hips 38" x Length 36"

Very stretchy - can stretch extra 5" to the width - to become max. 39" x 36" x 43" - then the style becomes more 'bodycon' than A-line and the length would shorten slightly.
