All items will be well packaged and sent using established companies - such as Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD, UK Mail, etc depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. In order to safeguard your purchase we do recommend that you selected a premium tracked service. If that is the case, your tracking information will be sent to you on the day of dispatch. If you are able to give us a mobile phone number almost all of our couriers will send you an SMS with an expected time of delivery and give you the option to re-arrange if the time does not suit you. Also, please be aware that it can be very useful for a courier driver to be able to call you if they cannot find your property.
Please do remember that once we have dispatched your items, the shipment is out of our control. All items can be returned (Between 14 and 30 days from date of purchase - please check listing for individual return periods). If you’d like to return an item please contact us through eBay’s messaging system. All returns but must be in their original condition and in the original packaging they were dispatched in.
