How to use:
1. Turn on the power, turn the switch to light in the counting tank, the display shows "001",insert the probe plug into the instrument's jack, press the "reset" key to zero the instrument into working condition. 2. Place in the Petri dish to be examined. 3. Use a stylus to spot all the colonies on the bottom of the dish. One point at a time should be heard only when the "beep" is heard, otherwise it should be focused. At this point, the colonies that are spotted are marked with color and the numbers are automatically added. 4. Use a magnifying glass to inspect carefully and confirm that there are no missing points. The count is finished. 5. The number in the display is the number of colonies in the dish. 6. Record the number and remove the petri dish. Press the "Reset" button, the display enters the initial state.
Pay attention to matters:
1. The instrument should be placed on a flat, solid surface. 2. When counting colonies, do not tilt the pen too much. When you gently tap down until you feel bouncing, the number is entered. 3. The equipment should be protected against moisture, severe vibration, direct sunlight exposure, acid and alkali resistance, and a dust cover should be added after use. 4. Take care to prevent bacterial cultures from contaminating the counting cell. 5. The instrument and stylus can not be disassembled, If a fault is found. it should be checked by an experienced technician.
