"View from Festival Hall." (#529)

Published by Sears, Roebuck & Company under the name "Metropolitan Series," sometime between 1900-1925. They released many lithograph prints, but they didn't actually manufacture any themselves and this is likely by Truman Ward Ingersoll's company.
