A antique Silver and Green Shagreen Lancet or Fleam case, containing two tortoiseshell and steel Lancets. The case has a unhallmarked silver top and base and measures 3" or 76 mm long.
It dates to the Georgian period and was used for bloodletting. It is in a used condition, please see photos.
