General Information

If you wish to purchase more than one item from my store, please request a total before completing your payment. Whenever possible, I will combine postage costs to help you save on shipping.

Terms and Conditions

Please carefully examine the photographs provided, as they form part of the item's description and the terms and conditions of sale. Product may be shown larger than actual size, please check listing description and photographs for actual size. Any accessories shown in the images are for photographic purposes only and are not included in the sale.

Sales are limited to Australian States and Territories. Please note that purchases made from Australian Antarctic Territories and External Territories—including Norfolk, Lord Howe, Cocos (Keeling), and Christmas Islands—will incur additional postage costs.

All products are intended for use by adults only and are not suitable as toys for children. Items are sold for novelty use and should only be used by adults. Please check any ingredient listings in the photographs, where applicable, prior to making your purchase. While boxes may show signs of storage, all items marked as brand new are genuinely brand new.

Photographs

Efforts are made to display colours as accurately as possible; however, digital devices may show colours differently. Please note that boxes or packaging may have been opened for photographic purposes.

Product Warnings and Information

Note: Due to the processes and materials involved, handmade items may have natural differences or imperfections.

Warning: Button or coin batteries can cause severe injuries or even death if swallowed. Keep batteries out of reach of children.

If you suspect a child has swallowed or inserted a button or coin battery, seek medical attention immediately.

Postage and Handling

Postage can be combined for multiple item purchases, subject to weight restrictions. After committing to buy, please request the total if purchasing more than one item. This function is only available when logged into the eBay site.

If combined postage is not requested for multiple purchases, any excess postage paid will be used to upgrade your shipping method, utilizing the total amount paid.

Items will be shipped via Australia Post on the same day or within one business day after payment is received, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Buyer details will be uploaded to Australia Post to enable digital or electronic delivery and delay notifications.

If you require insurance for your item, please advise. Additional costs of $2.50 per $100 of coverage will apply. If you require a signature on delivery, please advise. Additional costs of $2.95 per parcel will apply.

Payment

Payment for your purchase is required within three (3) days. If you are unable to make payment within this time frame, please contact me. Please do not bid on items if you do not intend to purchase; if payment is not received after four (4) days, an Unpaid Item Case will be recorded against the winning bidder.

Returns

All items are sold as-is. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or significantly different from the description. Please contact me as soon as possible so that any issues can be resolved to your satisfaction.

The purchased item must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt, in its original packaging and condition. Items must be returned via tracked mail, with the buyer covering all return costs. Refunds will be issued for the initial purchase price only; original postage and packing costs are non-refundable.

If significant damage occurs during transit and insurance was requested and paid for at the time of purchase, a full refund will be provided. Otherwise, the buyer should contact the carrier regarding compensation.
