In very good physical and working condition. Tested and sound great. The headband is a bit stretched. I have a small/medium size head and they rest comfortably adjusted to smallest position, but would slide off if make sudden movements. The 2 rear L/R badges are no longer there, only the front ones(see last 2 pics). No other flaws. The box instructions are in very good condition. The extra curly Q cord is also in good working order.
