This wing is from Pan American Airways 3rd issue worn from 1944-1959 by Traffic and Sales agents.  The back has "LGB" which stands for Lloyd Garfield Balfour , (the manufacturer)  and "1/10 10K GF."  Wing measurement is 1 3/4 x 7/8 inches.

Condition is very good.
