Surface Condition: The collection exhibits typical age-appropriate patina and wear consistent with historical transit circulation. Minor surface oxidation, slight copper tarnish, and minor surface dirt/grime are visible across several brass, bronze, and copper pieces (such as the Arizona/Sales Tax and SVT tokens). Light metal/zinc-alloy tokens show minor tone darkening but retain strong readability.
Structural Integrity: All cutouts (stars, bells, "S", "H", "Y", pine trees, "T") remain sharp and structurally sound with no significant bends, heavy warping, severe rim gouges, or clipped edges.
Legibility: Stamped lettering and high-relief designs (such as company names, cities, and central vehicle emblems) are clear and legible across the lot.
