A small amount of shrink is missing where the notch cut was made. The notch sometimes indicates a promo item. The jacket has some breathe holes and some creasing on the front upper right corner area. Due to the notch I lowered the jacket/inlay grades to "VG+".

The record will be placed in a protective plastic outer sleeve. The item will ship in a record mailer with a protective pad on both the front and back of the item.
