Exact item shown, complete pulse modulator assembly from HP 11720 pulse modulator.  last photo in this listing shows the schematic of this assembly.  It includes an HP 33144A SPST Microwave Switch / PIN Diode Modulator
(100 MHz to 18 GHz), HP 11720-60010, together with the original11720-60002 Bias Tee Assembly, 11720-60003 High Pass Filter Assembly, and 11720-60009 Low Pass Filter Assemblies, as shown in the schematic and photos.

Testing Summary
There are two VNA test sequences, each shows first the test setup, then results.  The first test was of the high pass only, so I could see what it does without being affected by the rest of the circuit.  As you can see, it passes above 2 GHz with a very clean response and insertion loss (IL) below 1/2 dB.  The next sequence looks at the whole assembly.  First with no bias applied to the modulator to see it's IL. These measured insertion loss values meet the published HP 11720A specification of less than 6 dB insertion loss from 2 to 12.4 GHz and less than 10 dB insertion loss from 2 to 18 GHz, as shown below.  
The remaining photos of that sequence show alternating photos of a power supply that is providing bias to the modulator, and the resultant increase in IL as the bias rises.  The IL increases from the at rest values above to over 40 dB across 2-18 GHz.
