Vintage signed TOPAZIO PORTUGAL brooch featuring a whimsical black Scottie dog accented with red enamel on an ornate filigree purse/handbag design. Detailed gold-tone filigree with colorful enamel floral accents. Dimensional construction with the dog applied over the filigree background.

Marked TOPAZIO PORTUGAL on reverse. No readable silver fineness mark was found, so metal content is not guaranteed. Excellent vintage pre-owned condition with age-related patina and wear. Clasp is a C-clasp.
