Up for sale is a beautiful, instant collection of six (6) antique/vintage solid brass and bronze church crosses. These are authentic, heavy-duty pieces of ecclesiastical architectural salvage, not modern hollow reproductions.

Lot Includes:

1 Freestanding Altar Cross: Features a wide, decorative scrolling base designed to stand flat on a mantle, credence table, or side altar.

1 Finial Cross (Threaded Base): Features a beautiful fleur-de-lis design with a threaded screw base, originally mounted to a church pew, lectern, or altar railing.

4 Processional / Socket Crosses: Featuring cylindrical peg bases, originally designed to drop into stationary altar sockets or mount atop processional poles. One of these crosses (the ornate scrolled one) is stamped with the maker's mark SBBW. Two of the crosses share a very similar square-node design, possibly originally from the same parish.

Material & Condition:

Solid Cast Metal: All pieces are incredibly heavy for their size and have passed the magnet test (non-ferrous solid brass/bronze).

Authentic Patina: The collection boasts a stunning, naturally aged patina with gorgeous hints of green verdigris. They have been purposely left unpolished to preserve their antique character and historical integrity for the true collector.
