Royal Albert England TRANQUILLITY 10½" Round 1-Tier Serving Plate with Handle

This is a very fancified tidbit tray.

First of all the ruffle that is the edge.

Then of course, the extremely gorgeous flowers.

This item was made in 1969. 

They stopped production in 1998

There isn't so much as an utensil mark on this.

Please notice pic #6 there is a tiny chip on the stem. 

There is no wear in the gold trim. No chips, cracks, or crazing.
