You are buying a 1951 TOPPS MAGIC FOOTBALL CARD #1 JIMMY MONAHAN RUTGERS QUEENSMEN VG-EX.  I do not grade cards so the condition is just my opinion but based on no creases or wrinkles, great color and surface, good centering and just some corner wear, back is rubbed.  Please see the pictures and let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks
