Up for auction is a beautiful vintage Steiff Classic 1909 replica Teddy Bear.

EAN model # 000553, made in Germany in the 1980's.

He is just a bit over 14" tall.

Let me say one thing about this little guy.

I am going to miss him something fierce.

His growler is fully functional. Tilt him forward and then back.

The original yellow ear tag is crisp, unfrayed, and vibrant.

The metal ear button is perfect and shiny.

NO chest tag.

His Mohair is clean & thick.

He has that 5 o'clock stubble thing going on, on the snout.

His felt paw pads are fully intact with no tears, holes, or thinning.

And most of all, his arms legs, and head all move, well.

He's simply a great looking little bear!
