This Tamiya float plane kit is new and factory sealed. It comes from a model collection that has been in temperature controlled storage for over a couple of decades. The shrink wrap is intact although a little bit scuffed here and there, but the box is in excellent condition with no noticeable fading or crushing. Shipping will be via USPS ground advantage and the model will be packed in a sturdy box with bubble packaging as necessary to keep it safe.
