entities run amok. Soma Hoshigami, a young man working a delivery job, is attacked by a
supernatural creature, turning him into a "half-transformed" between human and monster.

He is then taken into custody as "lost property" by Rena Hizuki, an investigator in
Metropolitan Police Department’s Public Anomaly Squad.
In a world where supernatural phenomena is contaminating reality and causing it to collapse, players incarnate both Rena and Soma as they fight powerful enemies in a stylish manner while unraveling the mysteries behind the world's transformation. They track down a mysterious cult operating in the shadows and a new drug called "Tiny Truth", both spreading throughout Tokyo.

Players investigate supernatural incidents happening in Tokyo and fight their way through
powerful enemies in a unique battle system where timing is crucial. Players need to match
their Skills against enemies’ to unleash devastating counters, making use of tactical slow
motion to predict their opponents’ next moves.
