Payment

Payment is processed securely through eBay at checkout — all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Afterpay are accepted.

Conditions

Payment is required within 5 days of purchase. Failure to communicate or pay will result in the order being cancelled and an unpaid item case being opened against your eBay account.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address — please message us via eBay before purchase with any delivery questions.

Shipping

• Orders dispatch within 1-2 business days from our Sydney warehouse, with tracking on every order.
• Delivery takes approximately 2-6 working days to major metropolitan/city areas, and 3-12 working days to WA, NT, TAS and some regional/remote areas.
• Our freight partners do not deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes — a street address is required.
• Unless otherwise arranged, you or someone on your behalf must be available to sign for the goods on delivery and to assist the driver unloading large/bulky and heavy items.
• All deliveries are unloaded only to the main entrance of the building/house.
• If no one is available at the time of delivery, an extra charge must be paid prior to re-delivery of the freight.
• No damaged/missing item claims can be accepted after 48 hours of goods received.
• Warehouse pickup is not available — all orders are delivered to your door.

Packaging

We pack your order to the best of our abilities. For most local or interstate deliveries, goods are packed on a skid or pallet.

Dispatch

Delays may occur from time to time as some products might need to be ordered in, or may be bulky and fragile where extra care and packaging is necessary to prepare the item for transport. Transport companies may also delay deliveries according to weather conditions — please allow extra time for delivery.

Warranty

• All goods must be checked before installation. We take no responsibility for any items found to be defective, damaged or the wrong size after installation. Please open and check all items thoroughly as soon as you receive them and report any issue strictly within 24 hours via eBay message only.
• All products come with a 1-10 year standard warranty (conditions apply) — the warranty of non-chrome finish products is 2 years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
• All items must be installed by a licensed plumber or tradesperson.
• Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by deliberate or negligent misuse or abuse, physical alteration, tampering or unauthorised repairs.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be directed through Customer Service via eBay message. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us — if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your claim may not be accepted. To make a claim, please be prepared to provide:

• Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim
• Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable
• Your invoice number or any other proof of purchase
• Any other details we may need to process your claim

If you are entitled to make a claim under this warranty, we will provide instructions as to how the goods are to be returned at our expense. If goods returned under warranty are found not to be defective, we reserve the right of reimbursement by you for retrieval or postage costs incurred by us, plus a re-stocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price paid.

Returns

• Customers pay postage costs for the return of goods.
• A 25% restocking/handling fee applies to all returned goods — waived if you exchange the item or take a store credit note (valid 12 months).
• Returned goods must be in original factory packing condition with proof of purchase and returned within 30 days.
• All goods are inspected on return prior to refunding/exchanging.
• Under no circumstances will exchanges be offered for discontinued items, special non-stocked items or special orders (e.g. spa baths, stone tops, heated towel rails, custom made).
