The LS Electric MC-9B is a 3-pole IEC general-purpose contactor in the Metasol MC series, rated for 110V AC coil operation. This unit is also referenced as MC-9B-110VAC-1A1B by LS Electric and is the manufacturer-recommended replacement for the obsolete GMC-9 series.
This contactor carries a 9A AC-3 rating (25A AC-1) with 3 normally open main poles and 1 built-in NO + 1 built-in NC auxiliary contact. It is rated for 3 HP at 230V and 5 HP at 460V on 3-phase systems, and is suitable for AC-3 motor switching and AC-1 resistive load applications.
