This 2021 $100 one ounce fine gold coin beautifully combines precious gold and jade, and is meant to bring good luck and fortune to its owner.  The coin features an intricately carved genuine jade laughing Buddha set against a rich gold engraved design.  The three dimensional laughing Buddha sits atop a mound of coins against a background of stylized rays of sunlight.  Laughing Buddha is considered to be a joyous, more exuberant reincarnation of the famous philosopher and spiritual teacher. Associated with good luck, happiness, and abundance in whatever one wishes for, he is a highly revered figure.

Mintage is limited to only 288 pieces worldwide. HST/GST exempt.

The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II together with the gold weight and fineness, country of issue, date and denomination.
