This vintage model H engine is kind of rare, they were produced 1932-40 and its 1/2 Hp. It has good compression and it turns over freely. It seems like the hand crank doesn’t catch so there’s something with that mechanism that needs work, but I believe this engine will run. I did not test the spark the tank appears to be in good condition has a brass cap and the original brass tag on the engine. Please look at pictures.
