All are used and functional. Bearings and or Pawls/Springs have been replaced where necessary. All are smooth. Splines where cassettes have bite marks have been filed to enable taking a cassette freely. 

Note these bite marks are more common on Aluminium freehub bodies. This happens when cassette lockrings haven't been torqued (tightened) up correctly (or checked periodically they are tight). When tight the load transmits through cassette unit and body rather than individual splines. Bearings should last longer when correctly torqued also due to less abnormal loading...
