Tight and VG to VG+ in its full navy-blue leather, with gilt-rule along the panels, intricate gilt-tooling at the dentelles and bright gilt-titling along the spine, with its 5 raised bands and 6 gilt-ruled compartments. 64mo, light soiling and spotting to the panels, very mild wear along the outer hinges. Thin, even bands of offsetting along the endpaper edges. Published by Ballantyne Press of Edinburgh, with wonderful decorative flourishes by Charles Ricketts. Very Good +.
