I find these in clear glass, never a green glass one.  It has a repousse floral metal lid that is on a green glass buttress style trinket or vanity box.  See the photos for the measurements.  All looks pretty good for so vintage and preowned. One corner looks a little clear like the green color is missing, shown in the photos. The lid is silver tone metal, with some brass shining through in a few areas.  Unmarked as to the maker.
