Antique WMF German Art Nouveau 2.5" Twin Handled Vase Silver Plate Jugendstil

A charming antique miniature vase by the renowned German maker WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik), dating from the Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) period, circa 1895-1910.

Despite its small size, it's beautifully made, with organic floral relief detailing and twin handles characteristic of the era, and it carries WMF's factory hallmarks to the base. WMF was one of the world's leading makers of silver-plated Art Nouveau metalware under designer Albert Mayer, and pieces from this period are highly collectable today.
