Set Of 4 Slot Car? Racers L&M Porsche - Made In Hong Kong - Untested - Vintage (B24)

Believed to be slot cars but I am not 100% sure due to lack of knowledge.

These are untested there for selling for spares or repairs, the screens (blue part) is loose on 3 of them as seen in the picture.
