This micrometer set is in good condition. The micrometers all function as they should. The spindles rotate smoothly, the friction thimbles work as they should and the micrometers measure accurately. There is a slight bit of rust staining on the .250" calibration ring and the threaded connection of the extension but it screws easily onto the micrometers. The inside diameters of the calibration rings are all in good condition. I only have the bottom half of the case, I don't know what happened to the top half. I will make sure the entire set is carefully wrapped for shipping.
