Offering a remarkably lovely rare set of six antique gold, white and black 3" porcelain butter pat dishes or plates made in Limoges, France by Jean Pouyat. The center portion is hand decorated with delicate gold leaves and flowers. Bands of gold and a band of black laurel leaves on gold surround the center. The outer rim is gilded. These dishes date from the turn of the 20th Century. They are all in very good condition. The gold appears to be intact. No chips, cracks, crazing or repairs.
