The cards shown in front are the few notable cards included; the box is filled with mostly common and uncommon cards. There are no trainers or energy cards in the box but there may be some "Non-TCG" Pokemon cards such as Topps. You will receive every card pictured in this listing and the cards will be shipped safely in the box shown.
