The owner of the suit was short, was had sleeves shortened and leg length, however there is still cloth there at the cuffs and hems to let out if needed.

The jacket is an off the rack 46R, however has been made to measure to suit a 44S at the moment.

Sham cuffs so can be lengthened easier if needed
