This ERROR coin appears to be a 1944-D Lincoln Wheat Cent with a broadstrike (partial collar) mint error.
Broadstrike / Partial Collar Strike"Railroad Rim")
The coin has an expanded diameter with very wide, flat rims.
The reverse shows a partial collar effect, with raised, elongated rim sections around approximately the 3 and 9 o'clock positions.
The design is centered, but the edge appears to have spread outward during striking, which is characteristic of a coin struck without the collar fully restraining the planchet.
Both obverse and reverse display the same expanded appearance.
