Zinc Oxide Tapes are inelastic, which means they don’t stretch. You can use this rigidity to help restrict and prevent painful movements, or movements that may cause further injury.

Zinc Oxide is mainly used to protect non-weight bearing joints; fingers, wrists and thumbs from the inevitable injuries sustained playing in contact sports.

Zinc Oxide Tapes provide protection for your skin and joints, especially when grappling, climbing or weightlifting. Using it will reduce the risk of dislocations, blisters, calluses, grazes and cuts.

• Zinc Oxide Tape  - An ideal strapping tape for sports injuries. We use a lightweight cotton which has a high tensile strength. This makes it easier to unwind and apply. We would recommend using white sport tape for lightweight areas such as the wrist and hand, or as a blister prevention tape around the heel and toe.
• Athletic Tape for Blister Prevention - Zinc Oxide tape is commonly used as a blister tape for feet around the heel and ankle, to help prevent blisters when hiking and running. It's also used to support the arch when suffering from plantar fasciitis injuries.
• Ankle & Wrist Tape - The white tape is ideal for strapping ankles, shoulders, elbows, wrists and everything else in between. A favourite as a football tape to provide wrist stability for goalkeepers, or as a netball ankle tape and basketball strapping.
• Sports Tape Strapping - The tape comes in 2.5, 3.8cm and 5.0cm width’s and is the most versatile sport tape. Sometimes referred to as athletic tape, or rigid tape, it is strong and lightweight.
